Ropes Crossing Church plant is built on Jesus as he is found in God’s Word the Bible. RCC is made up of people local to Ropes Crossing keen to see people reconnect with God through the good news of Jesus. Ministry started in February 2010 with 5 adults and 4 children. Now 45 adults and 50 children are involved in regular ministries with people continuing to join them as they grow.

Their pastor is Rev Pete Wood. Pete trained in the Anglican Church and has been sent to Ropes Crossing by St Marys Anglican Church after ministering for four years at Seven Hills Anglican Church. He and his family, Liz, Eleanor (7), Alistair (5) and Simeon (3), moved into Ropes Crossing in March 2010. Pete’s interests include cars and guitars and he works part time as a musician and music teacher.

Their student minister is Anna Jackson. Anna is in second year at Moore Theological College and comes from Glenmore Park Anglican Church. She and her husband Luke moved into Ropes Crossing in November 2010.
